There are no overseas call centres here. When you report a claim to Bravo Capital, you speak to the same team who know you – and who will represent you with the insurer right through to the end of the process.

Take photographs of the damage. Keep receipts, invoices and the mutual accident report. If there are any injuries, ask for a medical report. All of this will speed up the process by a number of working days.
You will be assigned a dedicated manager from Bravo Capital. He or she will handle the claim with the insurer, arrange for a loss assessment, validate the compensation offer and keep you informed in writing.
Once the compensation has been paid or the repairs completed, we close the case with you and review the policy. Claims are also opportunities to adjust your cover.
